Cocoa pearl sugar adds a crunchy, chocolate taste to Liege waffles. The Chocolate taste brings a unique gourmet flavour to your Belgian waffle preparations! The pearls of sugar are coated with cocoa powder which resist the high cooking temperatures of your Ampi® waffle iron.

Proportion & Quantity
Between 350-450 grams of pearl sugar /kg of flour or Liege waffle mix.
