Belgian waffle

Ingredients

  • Flour: 1000g

  • Melted butter: 500g

  • Caster sugar: 1000g

  • Eggs: 12

  • Milk: ½ litre

  • A pinch of salt

  • Vanilla sugar: According to taste

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Mix the flour with sugar and make a well.

  • Step 2

    Stir egg yolks in center of the well and mix.

  • Step 3

    Insert the milk gradually. Then, the melted butter and mix well.

  • Step 4

    Beat the egg whites until stiff (with a pinch of salt), incorporate them into the mixture.

     

Baking

  • Cooking temperature ± 180°. Position 6.

  • Cooking time: ± 3 min.
