Our training courses are designed to teach you the techniques of using a professional cast iron waffle maker, preparing and baking the most famous and traditional Belgian waffles. We teach you the theory and implement it directly together with the waffle equipment and ingredients provided by us.

The training courses are intended for (future) professionals who want to work on waffles: restaurant owners, food-truck owners, bakers, pastry cooks, ice cream makers, … or passionate amateurs studying a new project. The Ampi® waffle maker trainings are given individually or in groups (on request) in our company or in your facilities (on request).
A theoretical support and a certificate of participation are included.

Brussels waffle and sugar waffle (Liege waffle) : master both Belgian specialties
