This white parchment paper is designed for the presentation and takeaway sale of hot Liège waffles. Placed under the Liège waffle, it makes it easier to handle and limits direct contact with grease or sugar.

Its compact 120 × 160 mm format is particularly suited to fast counter or outdoor service, when the Liège waffle is taken away and eaten immediately.

Serving tips

For fast service, place a sheet of paper under the Liège waffle, covering the area held by the customer. Then place a napkin over the paper. The paper contributes to cleaner service, while the napkin improves handling comfort when the waffle is still very hot.

This lightweight and economical solution is particularly suitable for takeaway food professionals: food trucks, waffle shops, bakeries and pastry shops, ice cream parlours, crêperies, cafés, markets, events and high-traffic takeaway counters. It is suitable for Liège waffles held in the hand and eaten immediately.
