Ice cream cone

Ingredients (± 10 cones)

Flour: 125g

Melted butter: 60g

Caster sugar: 125g

Water: 12,5 cl
-
Egg: 1

Tsp flavouring (vanilla, rum, etc. ): 1
Preparation

Step 1
Beat the egg with the sugar and incorporate the melted butter and hot water, mixing well.

Step 2
Add the flour and mix until you get a smooth batter.

Step 3
Incorporate and mix in the flavouring (vanilla, rum etc.).
Baking

Preheat the waffle iron for about 15 minutes.

The cooking temperature should be ± 180° = Position 6
-
Cooking time: 3 minutes.
NB
Wrap the wafer around a cone roller after removing from the waffle iron or shape the water as you wish.
