Butter waffle
Ingredients
Flour: 1000g
Melted butter: 500g
Caster sugar: 1000g
Eggs: 12
Milk: ½ litre
A pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar: According to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the flour with sugar and make a well.
Step 2
Stir egg yolks in center of the well and mix.
Step 3
Insert the milk gradually. Then, the melted butter and mix well.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites until stiff (with a pinch of salt), incorporate them into the mixture.
Baking
Cooking temperature ± 180°. Position 6.
Cooking time: ± 3 min.
