Prepare delicious Liège waffles (sugar waffles) with ease using our L’Atelier de Mady waffle ingredients kit.

Composed of 2 kg of our waffle mix, made with high-quality Belgian ingredients, and 700 g of specifically adapted pearl sugar for waffles, this kit is all you need to create your own authentic sugar waffles. Each L’Atelier de Mady pack allows you to make approximately 50 waffles weighing 80g or 40 waffles weighing 100g, offering delightful moments to share with your customers, family, or friends.

Description

L’Atelier de Mady is a box of waffle ingredients allowing you to prepare +/- 44 (100 gr.) or +/- 54 (80gr.) Liege waffles (also called Sugar Waffles).

The box includes two separate bags of : 2kg of mix + 700g of pearl sugar.

We have taken particular care to include quality ingredients, made by Belgian manufacturers, in order to get the flavour of the real crunchy sugar waffle! The mix and the pearl sugar are deliberately separated in order to preserve the quality and hardness of the sugar pearls. Indeed, the small pearls of sugar are always added at the end of the preparation in the traditional Belgian recipe.
